Just Five Minutes a Day…….
Do you have five minutes to spare today? Almost everyone can find five minutes of free time in even the busiest of days. And if you can spare just five minutes a day, you can actually help change the world for the better! Here are some examples of “world improvements” you can make in five minutes:
- put all the used cans, jars and bottles in your house into a recycling bin
 - look in your closet and find three items of clothing you can donate to charity
 - spread a little kindness – hold a door for someone, say a friendly hello, etc.
 - go outside and pick up any litter you see in your yard, the schoolyard, etc.
 - replace the paper towels in your kitchen with reusable dish towels
 - do a quick favor for someone that will make their day easier
